Scheduling agreement

Experts,

I'm working on Scheduling agreement for the first time.

1.I created Purchase req(ME51N)

2. Created Sched agreement WITH TYPE: LPA, referencing this PR(ME31L)

3.Created Delivery Schedules(ME38)

4. Created Release using ME84.

5. On doing GR through MIGO,refencing this S.A, it does not allow me... Says" Document &&& does not contain any selectable items"....Wonder Why!!!

I tried ut this way....after ME84, Creating release, created inbound delivery VL31N, by maintaining Conf contr in S.A Item details...Then, system allowed me create GR through MIGO....I'm a bit confused....

What is the cycle???

ME31L->ME38->ME84->MIGO......?

OR

ME31L->ME38->ME84->VL31N->MIGO....?

Please give me valuable inputs!

My issue has been solved...with doc type-LP, it works fine!

Hi,

In Scheduling Agreement Delivery schedule, system does not allow you to post any GRN till the scheduled date, saying that 'There anr no selectable items'. Hence pl. chech your schedule date matches your GRN date.

Sorry to say that no conf contrl field has any data both in Info record as well as in Sched agreemnet.. Please let know...

Hi,

Check in item details of SA.

Check you have put inbound delivery in confirmation control tab u need to remove that and u can directly do GR.

If you require any confirmation from vendor before delivery u need to select inbound delivery to capture the details of advance shipping notificaiton in VL31N
