Missing fiends in Purchasing View

Dear all,

We have got an issue like this.For our client we are using Workflow to

create a material.For this we made a process like this .

User1-Basic Data1&2

User2-Sales Views

User3 or User4-Purchasing Views.Both are having same roles in workflow.

User5- MRP1,2,3&4 Views

User6- Finance&Costing Views

When we create a material,we are getting an issue in Purchasing View.

In Purchasing View User 3 able to see all fields in Purchasing view.

If User 4 tried to fill the data for this Purchasing View some fields

are hidden,which we are not able to see.The missing fields are as

follows.

Purchasing Group,Plant-sp.matl status,Tax ind. f.

material,Qual.f.FreeGoodsDis,Autom.PO,but both user3 and user4 share

same roles in workflow.

After that we had given SAP_ALL to User4 and tried to create a material

using standard MM01,then also we are not able to see all fields in

Purchasing View.But User 3 is able to see those fields through MM01 too.I have attached a document,please go through it.

What would be the reason for this?Please suggest us possible

solution,as soon as possible.

Well this does not look like a workflow related issue. Most probably some config issue on part of MM or may be BASIS. Better you consult with those guys and hopefully they will be able to help you out !!

Anyways thanks for the reply..

But me Being a SAP basis consultant i have given SAP_all profile too, but also he is not able to see all fields..

One doubt.. Is there any user specific setting in MM or in basis so that he is not able to see..???

Please do reply me.. its an urgent issue..

It would help if you would give some relevant information regarding your workflow? Is it a standard workflow? If it is, could you give the workflow ID?

If it is a custom workflow, you should give some detailed information (=code) about the methods that are executed in the different steps.

I dont have any information regarding workflow and i think its not a workflow issue too..

Because its working fine in development but this problem is existing in quality..

If I was you, I would ask help from MM guys. Maybe some relevant configurations are missing? 1) Maybe you need to assign this user to a purchasing group or something like that (just guessing here)? 2) Or maybe the problem is in user4's user parameters?

Ya I think its a MM issue..

because both user share same roles and I had assigned sap_all profile too but then also he is not able to view the fields..

Please MM guys help me..

Is there any user specific restriction in MM or in BASIS transaction so that he is not able to view the profile.
