Badi issue in service order confirmation while transferring from CRM to R/3

Hi gurus,

I am having an issue where the movement type value is coming something other than which is set in customizing in service order confirmation which results in a error "header data transfer".Now the error is coming while transferring data from CRM to R/3.

2 upload badis are involved CRM_GOODS_MOVE_R3A & CRM_SRV_MVT_R3A .

How to chek which parameter in which badi is responsible for this error ?

Hi Samarjit,

1. What the error is exactly?

2. WHich goods movement are u trying to do.

Is it meant for Spare parts i.e. Consignement Stock, than the BADI involoved will be CRM_SRV_MVT_R3A with parameters SRVC SVCM 291W.

Hi Shalini & others,

Problem is stockwithdrawals, when material has item category group BANC(indv. purchase order) it works but not with NORM(Sales Item), which it should do.Normally with BANC movement type 261 is set which is set in customization but with NORM is system trying to use 291 which is wrong.

can you tell which of the upload badis are involved CRM_GOODS_MOVE_R3A & CRM_SRV_MVT_R3A .
