Getting No. of Positions with Holder and Positions with No Holders

Hi All,

I have a headcount report to develop. It will run for one personnel area at a time. So for the period run, I have to list out all the org units under the personnel area as well as the sub org units. For each of the org units I have to separate positions under them into two group - total of positions with holders and non-holders. My questions are:

- How do I get all the org units under one personnel area?

- How do I get all positions for one org unit?

- How do I get the information on which poisitions have holders and which have no holders?

I would like to know if the are specific function modules for getting the info's. Please help.

Hi All,

Referring to the problem above I am using the function RH_STRUC_GET by passing org unit to retrive positions. May I know which result table to read in order to get positions and how to segregate them into 'With Holders' and 'Non-Holders'?
