Server client 000 has no logical name!

When worked on NW7.0 Data warehouse Workbench, I got message: "System MYSERVER1 client 000 has no logical name." The screen has two options: "Create", or "Assign". Which action I should choose to continue work on? Are there any impacts on my system?

Hai,

As Bidwan said, You have to create Logical System name for each client through the <b>tcode BD54</b> and you have assign these to the appropriate clients via <b>scc4</b>..

Mike first you have to create a Logical System say <SID>CLNT000 and then assign this to client 000.

When you assign it wil take you to the SCC4 scrren. Double click on your client(000) and then fill up the Logical System field with <SID>CLNT000

The same can also be done thro SALE-> IDOC/ALE -> Basic Settings -> Logical Systems -> Define LS and Assign LS.
