hi gurus,

I created new partner functions,account groups, item categories, order types, customer and material after create order at that time sold-to-party and ship-to-party

became display mode.how it will come change mode.

hi,

Check the partner determination procedure and the assignment of partner functions to the account group etc. Always ensure u have standard partner function SP in ur list of partner functions of the partner determination procedure.

or else do not create new partner functions and instead use the SP,SH,BP,PY standard functions and assign these to u r account group ans use further.

you can go to transaction VA02 if sold-to-party and ship-to-party still on display mode, go to items parners and do changes also check header level if changes occurs as well

Hello,

If you need to change the ship-to in CMR,you need to remove not changeble tick mark in the partner determination settings in IMG.

So can you check it for customer master record partner determination and then change the partner function if you want.

It is not advisable to remove tick mark for sold-to party.
