Hi Sreenivasan,

First Check transaction ST03N then select the system which you want.

Then select on the day which you want to view the details.

Then on the left hand side bottom you have Transaction profile

click on that and then on the right hand side u will find all the

transactions executed on that particular day then find 'SM01'

and double click on that you will find who all the user who have

executed that transaction.

Hi Sreenivasan,

Try using the transaction 'STAD' then type the transaction 'SM01'

and the user whom you got from 'ST03N' then select the time

intervals.check them by using frequent time intervals.

Reward points if helpful.

Vamshi.

Hi,

There are some system parameter which increases the STAD storage space i.e. more than one day.But it will not work to get the information you looking for.

Please try to find out in SM21 may you will get some thing.

Thanks,

Hi Sreenivasan,

I don't think we can find the exact date and the time other than

STAD and SM21.I think finding the user who has locked the

transaction is enough.

Analyze ST03N and find out on that particular day, which user has used the SM01 transaction.... Enquire the user about the same.
