We have created a BPS function to copy data from a Fiscal Year to Fiscal Year and wish to execute this function using a process chain.
We however wish to use variables to define the From To years and wonder how this could be accomplished.

You can probably create a variable of type 'Function Module' in your planning area that Would return the from and to values of fiscal year. Now, use this variable (for Fiscal Year char.) in your planning level.

Perhaps you could rather use an ABAP variable in the corresponding InfoPackage. Did you have a look at this option?
