Edu Cess CVD and SHE cess CVD not getting captured

Hello,

There is one problem

In import BOE capturing thru J1iex aboce mentioned condition types not getting captured condition types are

JECV IN Ecess on CVD1 and

J1CV Sec ECESS ON CVD

These are maintained in excise defaults

JECV is maintained under ECS AP and ECS cond.

J1CV is maintained under A/P AT1 CONDITION

In excise default conditions are maintained.

What could be the reason? above mentioned duties are not getting captured in J1iex.

Hi,

While defining the imports procedure have you included the below conditions in the pricing procedure. Even if the condition type is defined but if it is not included in the procedure, it will not trigger when you perform the capturing BOE.

Ok, if it has been maintained in the pricing proceudre, please check whether the same are getting simulated when you have prepared the PO.

If it is not getting populated in the PO, then you need to check in MEK1 whether for the material+plant combination have you maintained the required condition type with the due percentage.

as per my knowledge import conditions are not required to maintain in MEK1 for any combination

we are using zero tax code in PO

if wrong correct me

Hi Kulkarni

First of all check whether you have mentioned Proper condition type CVD Cond.--> JCV1 in excise default if not please

it is the prerequisite for capture of CVD and all in J1IEX

**J1CV is maintained under A/P AT1 CONDITION--this is wrong assignment

if you have already enhance the budget -2007 then in this field must be condition type for secondary education cess

J1CV doesn't have relation with this field please remove from excise default and assign JA1S that is for secondary Education Cess

just check PO have tax code V0 and no condition records are maintain for any tax code

maintaint all excise values in pricing procedure for cond type

create new Po and try the cycle again

I proceeded as per your steps

Values are correctly maintained in pricing procedure

if in tax procedure i maintain 0% values for all conditions then values are not coming

and

If i maintain some values in FV11 for excise conditions then ECS and Hsess on CVD are coming.
