Hi,

U don't need to do anything else to see the Adapters in IR.

If u have upgraded ur server .. then u need to

reimporting basis 6.40 SWC to see the adapters.

Refer to,

https://websmp102.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700001930932005

Hi,

Can u confirm if u have Adapter Metadata in ..

SAP BASIS 6.40--> http://sap.com/xi/XI/System > Adapter Objects> Adapter Metadata..?

The Metadata in IR is responsible for the list of adapters in Configuration time. If u don't ahve te metadata here, then ur configuration dosen't reflect the adapters.

Hi,

Go to http:
service.sap.com\swdc, search for SAP BASIS 6.40.

else u can also find it in SR1 Installation CD's

Copy XI3_0_SAP_BASIS_6.40_09_00.tpz from <Components DVD>/XI /XI_CONTENT

Select the component that suits your stack. Then unzip the file to get the tpz file. Import the tpz file into ur IR. (directory /usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/xi/repository_server/import/)

For more info on importing the tpz file look at page no. 46 of SR1 installation guide.

This should solve your problem.

Cheers,

Siva Maranani.
