Hello,

You have to get some BW courses. Shortly: you need to activate Business Conetent in BW (info cubes and data flows that enable data extraction and data storing). then activate data source in CRM in RSA5 (you may find in nodes: 0crm_ .....).

Then you have to activate data flow elements in BW.

And you can try to pull data in BW from CRM.
