R3load Error during ABAP import phase for DB Instance Installation

Hello Friends,
Am installaing ECC5 SR1 on SQL on windows 2003...
My installation terminates at database load on phase 16 of 29 during DB instance installation.
I am using r3load version 640, patch 43, 10, 44305... (6400.43.10.44305)
Is this the right version?
Can anyone suggest me how to I get over this error? This is urgent, appreciate immediate reply....

I think you should try with the newest R3load and also install the newest libdbmss.dll (of the database dependent files).
Is you export located on a network directory? There seems to be some issue with file creation/deletion...

THanks for your reply....
I had this idea in my mind which I already did it....but now am getting truncation errors in SAPPOOL.log
I had downloaded kernel file.....SAPEXEDB_196-20000253.SAR, which is SAP Kernel 6.40 32 bit Unicode...and located under Windows Server on IA32 32bit MSSQL DB on SAP service market place....
I uncared all the file and replaced it with file located under sys\exe\run after taking backup...
But am still getting errors when DB load is at Jobs running 2, waiting 0 position.

Seems it fails to read from the nametab (DDNTT, DDNTF).
Check if there are entries in the DDNTT, DDNTF of the target database for the failing tables.

in your case I assume
select * from NW1.nw1.DDNTT where TABNAME = 'name'

I don't think it's a problem of dbmssslib.dll or R3load.
You're trying an import with unicode conversion. Can ECC5 SR1 be installed as unicode?

P.S. The thing is: the source system must be prepared in a special way to allow an import as unicode. This preparation is the run of a report RADCUCNT. This report creates a unicode-nametab (DDNTT_UC_CNV and DDNTF_UC_CNV) for all SAP-tables existing at this time (it computes the correct offsets and lengths for the tables, fields and structures).
On import the original (non-unicode) nametab will be replaced by this unicode-nametab. The non-unicode-nametab is then stored as DDNTT_UC_CNV and DDNTF_UC_CNV in the target db.
If this is a standard installation the missing of the nametab entries could indicate that the export set was not 'unicode import'-enabled.
Do you get the same errors on the cluster tables (SAPCLUST), too?

Hi Satyajit,
SAPSYSTEMNAME? I always wondered about this message. But iirc this doesn't mean an actual error. Anyway, just set in the environment SAPSYSTEMNAME to the SID (the three lettered upper case name of your SAP system). In many cases this eliminates this message.
But since you get these errors for SAPPOOL and for SAPCLUST (*): I'm quite sure your installation export data is not 'unicode'enabled. As I wrote before, if it is an ECC5.0 SR1 IDES installation then an unicode installation is not supported: the ECC5.0 SR1 export data wasn't prepared for an unicode conversion (have you checked the DDNTT and DDNTF: are there entries for the tables missing (for example

Hi Markus,
I'm having a issue in portal as below..
com.sap.dictionary.runtime.DdException: Type com.sap.xss.per.model.mac.types.Hrxss_Per_Subtype_Allowed does not exist
I somehow found out this issue is due to entry Hrxss_Per_Subtype_Allowed (type used in ESS/MSS) missing in buffer table DDNTF.
But dont know how to add this entry in to that..
Could you please let me know how to do that??
