Printer logo

Hi Guru's,

Printer logo is printing upside down.

access method is front end and drivers are working fine.

Hello Satyam,

The golden rule of printers still remains reinstalling the driver.

If all else fails, read the instruction manual.

PS: Could you explain where security relates to your question...?

So is it the "printer logo" or the ?

how is the logo setup in the print?

With a link to a directory or hardcoded?

In Print Preview it is showing the right format, but output comes in upside down format.

turn in around in the setup and retry. As this is probably a wrong setting , we can not help you if we do not know how the setup was made.

How can i get the *deleted spool requests*..?

We have this problem with a certain type of HP printers when they are used with PCL drivers. Changing to PS drivers solves the problem for us.
