Why Sproxy is entirely greyed out?

I get into t-code sproxy and see the left panel with all entries

greyed -out.

Do you know what is the reason?

probably you only have view permission and not edit permission.

Try to click any button... if it unable to perfome action that is inactive then As Expert Aamir mentioned the user id which you used does not has edit permission

If the corresponding scenario (namespace) is not present in your repository they would greyout..
