what is if_mapping interface
Hi Sagar
if mapping stands for Interface mapping
As in a programming language you make data types then you use them with some rules and logics, in the similar way in SAP XI you make your data types then you make message types using data types then you do message mapping using the logic
now comes the role of interface mapping>
Interface are the rules through which sender and receiver connected
IF mapping are like the rules through which sender and receiver will communicate.
For a particular interface there is a sender and may be more then one receiver depending on the condition given by you .
for more details on interface mapping you can read TBIT 40 for the basic knowledge and for more deep knowledge about mapping you can read TBIT 41
