ABAP - SAP R/3 Enterprise - WSDL or XML

Hello,

My SAP Release is SAP R/3 Enterprise. I need to create a XML file and call a web service to exchange files with a customer. I don't have ITS implemented. Should I use SM59? And about WSDL or XML? How can I generate a file like Java does?
