How to understand from which batch(charg) a material has been sold

Hi all,

How can I understand the batch of a newly sold material.

For some materials it has been provided in lips table but not for all material.

For those who do not have batch at this time at lips, how can I find the batch of this material.

The main problem is this; when I have search the MCHA table with matnr and werks, many batch comes, which one is correct to choose.
