MD04 still showing outstanding PR.

Hi all,

MD04 still showing outstanding PR although i already open the PO and also done for the goods receipt but the it still list out the PR. And when i double click on the PR, it give a message said that "the purchase requisition has been completely ordered."

pls advise on how to remove it,

Hi,

Please go to t code ME52N go to item details and quantities/dates tab and tick the button closed.It will not show in MD04

But i already create the PO from PR. But the MRP still display PR with outstanding.

Now i set the closed indicator and after i go to MD04, the PR still there. And i click purchase order at MRP list, i give a message that 'PR has been completely ordered'.

how can this happen?

pls help.

Hi there,

Although i create purchase order from Purchase requisition, but the processing stat in purchase requisition still show "N not edited". How can i corret the status?

Hi,

System will automatically update the status if PO is created for that PR.
