QM Quality Lot Control

Dear All,

I Have a Raw Material belongs to Quality Inspection,We Procure this material from 3 vendors.Out of three vendor one vendor is more reliable vendor now we decided not require any quality inspection for this particular vendor.So i made the change in the Quality inforecord inspection control as no inspection.When I Do new GR system Will give the error message of"A category STC inspected certificate is required

Message no. QA312"

Is there any other Config Settings Required?

in the QM info record itself specify in the tab QMsystem which will avoid the inspection for that material and vendor combination

Hi Mani..,

1. You assign a Control key for QM in procurement which is not required certificate to your material.

2. you can find the appropriate control key in SPRO->QM->QM in Logistics->QM in Procurement->Define control key.
