3. what about free of charge subsequent deliveries how it will work . What we have to enter into sales order for this document types.

hi,

Return order: when you raise a sales order and do delivery the goods will be delivered to customer. if the customer does not want to have the goods since they are damaged in the transit or any reason we have to take the goods back in this scenario we do the returns

Free of charge Delivery :if you want to give the samples, free goods to the customer we can use this type of documents

Free of charge Subsquent deliveries: when you are doing returns , instead of giving the credit note to the customers we can replace it with the other materials in this case we can use it
