Hi Krishna,

Fi org nation structure generally will be like as follows:

Fi : Company(Group) -> Company Code -> Business Area.

Co : Controling Area -> Over Head Cost Conrloling

( Cost centeraccounting,Cost element accounting,Internal orders,Activity types,Statistical Key figures etc)

Co : Controling Area -> Prodct Cost Controling(Product Cost Planiing and Cost object Contrioing)

Co : Controling Area -> Profitbility managenet(profit center accounting,profitability analisyd).

If Co-Pa is there in scope:

Operating Concern -> Co Area -> Company Code ( these are seen as top level to bottom structure)

Don't forget to assign points if it is use full.

The Organisational Structure for FI and CO is also follows:

1. Client : Highest level. The datas at this level are applicable to all company

codes. A client can have several company codes.

2. Company Code: Next Level. This is next to the Client level and comes under the client. The datas at this level are applicable to company codes only. The Financial Statements and Reports for external purposes can be created at this level.

3. Business Area: This comes under Company Code i.e for internal purposes. If the company have different areas of business operation they can have Business Areas and the reports are prepared for internal analysis.

4. Controlling Area: This is an organisational unit that controls the activities of both Costing and Financial Accounting.

All these 4 applicable for both Fi and Co

Dear Krishna,

You mean Org structure. There is only one org structure - there is no separate for FI and CO.

Operating Concern - COPA level

Controlling Area - Controlling

Company code - FI level

plant

division

you can also have Business area across the company code - if you want to use the BA.

Depending on the applications for example, in SD you can have

sales organization

distribution channel

division

structure to meet your business requirement.
