PM Order - Setting default operation for order type

I want to have a default operation when a particular order type is created.

For example, in transaction IW31, if I create an order type PM01, then when I go to the Operations tab there will be a operation already created that has operation number 0015, with work center and description populated.

How can I set this up?

OIO6 is for setting a default control key for an order type. This is not what I am looking for.

I want to set a default operation, where operation number, work center, control key and description are automatically populated for one operation (not all). This may not be possible, but if anyone knows a way to do this, advice would be greatly appreciated.
