Idoc failure

When we are creating ROH material type, Idoc is failed due to mandatory field in R3 MARA-GEWEI. But in R3 field status for the same is optional.

Any suggestion.

We have the same problem :

"The field MARA-GEWEI is defined as a required field; it does not contain an entry"

Any Solution ??

we also got his error and then I have to do field/value mapping for this field.

can you please share what was the issue and how did u resolve this??

Hi Ravi,

Yes , thats a generic issue. The interesting fact over here is when you try to send an IDOC MARA-GEWEI becomes mandatory but if you try to create ROH material through "mm01" locally its not mandatory.

Ameet it would be great if you could share the resolution with us.
