Hai,

the support packages for Java will be released as Archives, it can be in two forms.

1. SCA's --> Software Component Archives

2. SDA's --> Software Deployment Archives

To deploy these support packages,

start the JSPM Gui that will be available in the following directory,

usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGSxx/J2ee/JSPM/startGUI.bat, Once you login to the JSPM select the Deployment tab --> click the button "add SCA's/ SDA's" --> select the support packages that you want to deploy and start the deployment. After deployment click confirm. that's all the process for deploying the support packages for J2EE Engine.

i hope this helps you..

regards,

Gopinathan.

HI Prashant Shukla,

The good thing about .SCA is you dont have to extract them. just place them in /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in and start your JSPM. is will get those files auto...

I hope this will help and save your time.

Thanks,

Hi,

I pasted all *.SCA files in usr\sap\trans\EPS\in but after clicking deployment tab it is showing me "NO APPLICABLE SUPPORT STACK FOUND FOR DEPLOYMENT" .

What should I do now?

Thanks,

Prashant.
