User Actions Tracing Or Logging

Hi Experts,

Does SAP maintains any logs or trace files for finding what user has done or Is this possible to find the actions done by a particular user in ECC6.0 .

I have checked the SM50 trace files but i didnot find any valid information.

Directly there is no tcodes it seems but below the trailing tcodes we can monitor user activities

su2 to maintain user parameters, SU56 Analyze User Buffer,SUPC-profile for activity groups ,SUPO,SUIM checkout !

You can also activate trace on a specific user with ST05 but in that case, I'm affraid it could be unusefull.

Hi,

You need to configure the Audit Profile with Tx SM19 and then you can report with Tx SM20.

You will only connect data from the date you configured the Audit Profile.

You can use Tx ST03N but it depends of how you have configured the the Performance Database Reorganization Parameters.

Actually SAP has logged on to our machine and solved an issue.

As we have give SAP a particular user id,can we see what steps

SAP has follwed to resolve our issue. And also what changes have been done

with that user id.

As David Caddick mentioned earlier , you can't see any detailed logs if you havent configured audit profile yet
