Consumed qty

Dear All

Can i get all the consumed qty(multiple GI) cumulatively in a single transaction for a given prod order.

goto MB51

Enter the component number, plant and mov type 261.

Enter the order number in the selection and run the report

you will get the total qty as well as the documents for each quantity.

if you do not have order number in the selection in MB51, then refer the following report

KOB1

Enter order number and execute

double click on any line you will get all the material document and qty

please come back if required

Hi Kannan..,

yes, you can get the Quantity with drawn etc.. all in COOIS.

select the order in COOIS and go to Production order display Component over view.

Go to CO02 and on the header follow GO TO> DOCUMENTED GOODS MOVEMENT. or go to MB51, select movement type 261,posting dates and you will get an ALV list with Order no. also.

MCRE, MCPO,MCRO,MCRP.

since i am away from my system, i doknow what is correct one,
