Grant and Fund in Direct Activity Allocation

Dear experts

In SAP ERP2004, release 5.0.

We need posting into Grants Management module (GMIA table) Direct activity allocation procces made in CO module (Tr. KB21).

SAP doesn't allow inform this fields in this process, however its possible to inform Grant and Fund in Reposting of Direct Activity Allocation (Tr. KB65).

This process shows in display mode fields Sender fund and Sender Grant. This fiels are in blank.

We fill in Recv Fund and Recv Grant fiels. So, in that process system creates documents in GM module.

If Reposting Direct Activity (tr. KB65) allows inform Grant and Fund, why Direct activity allocation doesn't allow it?

Anyone know if it is possible to inform Grant and Fund in Direct Activity Allocation (Tr. KB21).

Hi Dolores,

We are here in ECC 6.0 and unfortunately we did not activate grant. We have only fund activated.

In KB21 or in KB21N we have sender fund and receiver fund fields available.

As i don't have GM activated i can not help you in confirming you that grant should be there.

Thank you for your help. You are right.

I have solved my issue. In customizing --> Controlling --> Cost Center Accounting --> Actual Postings --> Manual actual postings --> Define Own screen variants for Postings in Controlling.

I've activated Grant and Fund as a sender and receive in Activity allocation process.
