Cannot delete Limit Shopping Cart line item

Hi,

We are using normal shopping carts and limit shopping carts.

I have noticed that limit shopping cart items cannot be deleted from check status but can be deleted using the monitor shopping cart transaction. Is this expected? Or is it an authorisations issue?

Heres a summary of the issue:

Normal shopping carts can be deleted in Check Status AND Monitor Shopping Carts

Limit shopping carts cannot be deleted in Check Status but CAN be deleted using Monitor Shopping Cart

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks Atul. I had already looked through some of those note, but thanks for the once I hadnt.

However none of these notes seem to accurately describe my issue. My problem seems specifically related to deleting items from the shopping cart using the check status transaction. PO delete functionality seems to be working ok.

The version of SRM we are using is SRM 5.5.

Please let me know if you have any other ideas? I thought it might be an authorisations issue, however gave the user SAP_ALL but the delete icon in check status (at the line level) was still greyed out.
