good day,

please go throught scnerio and help me on this.

detail configuration hint needed from your side

The us law which rules the pricing in Retail Business is going to change in 2008. As part of this change, the business has decided to decrease the tariff price in order to decrease the rebates rate.

In order to inform the customer and to prevent any complaints, the juridic department has advised to add on any retail invoice

NEW 21/11/2007 (as soon as the Billing date is after the 01/02/2008)

OLD 21/11/2007 (as soon as the pricing date is after the 01/02/2008)

the following sentence : " As per Govt Law price of material decreased effective on 01/01/2008 “should

appear on invoice This sentence can be displayed in the bottom of the invoice after all the existing information (e.g. items details, cash discount, etc). See attached layout example.

This applied only for the (Sales Area 1000/20/00)

Hi Nisha,

In this case you just need to explain the logic to the ABAPer and he will do the rest.

You will need to first check in the program if the Sales area is same as given by you.

Then check if the Billing and pricing date is after the 01/02/2008(Hardcode in the program) if this condition is satisfied then the Required information will appaer in the output.

Hi Nisha,

Take the help of a ABAPer and change the output program/script, in the program/script you can put the below conditions, and if these conditions are satisfied then only the program should print the text “As per Govt Law price of material decreased effective on 01/01/2008”

If

the Sales org VBRK – VKORG eq 1000

Distribution channel VBRK – VTWEG eq 20

Division VBRK – SPART eq 00

And the Billing date VBRK – FKDAT and Pricing date VBRP – PRSDT are on or after

01/02/2008

Then print the text “As per Govt Law price of material decreased effective on 01/01/2008”

Else don’t print the text

With the help of ABAP you can make changes in Print layout.But insert condition in prograam for that particulat sales area.
