Printing POs out of SUS

Hello guys,

I'm quite new at this topic...

I thougt that it would just have to clic button to get out the Form of the PO of SUS. But it wasn't like this.

It just creates (it doesn't matter if I click on download or print) a zip-file called:

SUSDOC.ZIP which I cannot open. Error: Warning - Garbage at the end of the zip file.

I know there is something to do, but what?!?

Could you please be so kind and give me an introduction on how to activate printing or smartforms!

I use SRM 5.0 ond Server 5.5

does this happen in all the systems and for the all the documents for output in SUS?

this is not at all SUS issue , but output issue which is part handled by SRM-EBP-CA-PRT and partly by basis.

so best here is to create OSS message and it would be taken up by SAP.

The problem is that I don't even get out any form (PO, ASN or invoice).

What do I have to do to get anything out???

Is there anything like condition records for messages like in ECC?

I haven't created anything in customizing because I can't find anything!

Which SRM version are you using ?

Either there is some confusion (Please confirm with the person, who told you about the smartform name).

It does not exist in my system. We are using SRM 5.5 version.

Please check again for the name.

I know these are the standard smartforms.

My question is, if it is possible to use them without changing a BADI or anything else.

I don't know exactly what my first steps are to get any form out of SRM 5.5.

Where are the settings that I can tell my system to give out a PDF or print form

and no ZIP.

I found the customizing option for BBP: Set Output Actions and Output Format

SRM - SRM Server - Cross-Application Basic Settings - Set Output Actions and Output Format. I can't find it in customizing.

Is there any for SUS???

BBP_ERS ERS Credit Memo

BBP_PD_AUC Auction

BBP_PD_BID Bid Invitation

BBP_PD_CTR Purchase Contract

BBP_PD_INV Invoice

BBP_PD_PO Purchase Order

BBP_PD_QUOT Bid

In this customizing you can set the SMARTFORMS.

Where can I customize this for SUS?
