Partial Billing w.r.t Sales Order

Hi,

My requirement is as follows:

1. I need to create a material sales order of 500 qty

2. I want to bill the customer on partial quantity basis.

Pls. note that there is no deliveries involved. We cannot use third party sales order process as the users are not willing to create PR / PO from this.

Pls. help with this

Hi,

This is true if there is delivery involved. In my scenario there is no delivery, I directly want to do billing against the Sales Order and that too partial billilng.

You can make the "Billed Quantity" field in the item detail tab (VBRP-FKIMG) editable(Thru ABAP coding) so that user changes the quantity for partial invoice.

Hi Gaurav,

You can use the order related billing to invoice partial quantities as required. It has nothing to do with PR or PO.
