Hi.

can anybody help me in solving an issue with Transaction XD02..

i am running the transaction n providing the following details..

Tcode: XD02

Customer: J101

Company Code: C800

Sale Org: CJRP

Dist Chan: 00

Divison: CH

<ENTER>

Click on pushbutton "Other Communication" - the popup does not include option INT Internet mail (SMTP).

all other options are available like fax,phone etc.....

Impact on Business:

Unable to change the email recipient for a given customer

i Need to add Internet mail (SMTP) option to config for Communication Interface..

how can i go about it..

need ur help please full amrks wud be given

it is maintained in table TSACT. Could you please check if the line with INT is in the table for the logon language?

by doing this what are trying to understand..its very urgent..kindly help me with this.

I just realised that the popup you see when you clikc on Communication ... is built up from this table. So if there is a line with INT in the table, it has to be on your screen as well, but I will look more deeply.
