quality inspection wrong posting

Hi all,

I have created an Inspection Plan, characteristics and assigned to a material,,,

scenario:

1. created a PO for 100 qty

2. GR to quality inspection stock - 100 qty,,, quality inspection lot is generated.

3. QA32 - i need in the following way:

GR Qty = 100

uninspected stock = 20

Unrestricted Use = 60

Blocked stock = 12

retun delivery = 8

after posting the usage decision,,, the uninspected stock (20) is also going into unrestricted use i.e (60+20),

what may be the reason? urgent,,, need help immediately,,

There is no filed uninspected stock.Pl. let me know where you have posted this uninspected stock.

Hi,

quality inspection stock = 100 nos

right now i have inspected only 80 nos,,, out of which 60nos accepted to unrestricted use, 12 tranfered to blocked stock,, 8 transfered to return delivery,,

so 20nos for which i have not done any inspection should lye in quality stock,,,

which is not happening in my case,,,,

quality inspection stock = 100

quality inspection stock = 20

unrestricted use = 60

blocked stock = 12

return delivery = 8

after saving this usage decision and i have chekd the same in MMBE-stock overview,,,

there it is showing as :

quality inspection stock = 0 ====== wrong calculation

unrestricted use = 80 (60+20) = === wrong calculation

blocked stock = 12

return delivery = 8

why & how the quality inspection stock is added with unrestricted use stock?

plz help me out,, its urgent,

in QS51 t-code under catalog 3 selected set 01,please remove the indicator for background processing of stock screen for Acceptance .

hi urendra,

In your case, you dont assign any UD code (ie accepted,Rejected etc.) till you finish the inspection of all the 100 nos. and directly go to "insp lot stock " tab and post your material wherever you want as much quantity you want.

And when you finish inspection of all 100 nos. that time take any UD code and post remaining quantity wherever required.
