Career Change!!

Hi,

I am looking for a change in my career!! I have nearly 4+ yrs strategic HR exp(C&B,PM etc)and also very strong in HRIS .As I have such strong background for HR thought why not try SAP Consulting as a functional expert:)

So here I am gathering info on what all I need to do to build my self.

Can anyone please help me with details

-on scope of this role

-certification

-books

and opportunities

just any advice is most appreciate !!
