Upgrade: NW04 SP19 -> NW04s SP13

Hi All,

I am performing an upgrade from NW04 Sp19 to NW04s Sp13. The PREPARE step went on fine without any errors.

However, when I run the UPGRADE.bat file, and start startgui.bat, the GUI displays "Jump is busy". Is there a way by which I can abort the current operation ane re-start with the upgrade.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Pranav,

Looks like someone is logged onto your upgrade system via telnet.
