Variant config in PLD/PRD ORD

Hi guys,

I have configured variant for my finished product. i can select variants through sales order for MTO. My requirement is to have variant selection for MTS also that is during PIR. Guide me if its possible how to proceed..

Hi,

In Variant configuaration material strategy itself 25 -i.e.MTO FOR CONFUGUARABLE MATERIAL then how it should be useful for MTS scenario ?

Dear Amit,

My requirement is like this. Part of the MTO product is MTS, which also contain some variants that are to be selected during PIR. Guide me How to proceed with this.

Hi Guys,

I have 4 assemblies i want select 3 assemblies when converting pld ord to prd ord,how to proceed, pls any one guide me.

For EX:

Cnc machine is finished product.

Assemblies are:

1. Zaxis

2. Xaxis

3.Head Stock

4.Tail Stock

While converting pld ord to prd ord i should select only 1,2,3 no need of 4th...how to proceed pls guide me.

One more option is we can delete 4th item in prd ord..But i want while converting pld ord to prd ord itself i should select.
