what is the need of nteweaver?

why we need sap netweaver integartion instead we have BAPI to connect systems in different Landscape(i.e. i mean to say if it is remote enabled).

SAP is good in documentation.. it is not worth rewriting what sap defined it good... and I believe people are here for answers..

Hi Lokesh,

Netweaver is an open integration platform, which is collection of different technologies like EP,XI,BI,MDM.....etc.

All your point to point connections will be removed and made Integration centralized , so bapi and ale...al these are centralized and your application has to manage the integration, with netweaver this Integration burden is given to Netweaver platform .

There is lot to write i would suggest you to search in SDN there is lot info available.
