Check below steps once i think ur repoistory is not configured correctly

Create a File System Repository

You map a network drive from the Portal server and create the file repository in the Portal.

Procedure:

To map a network drive from the portal server

1.Log on to the Windows Server of the Portal.

2.From the Microsoft Windows Start menu, open Windows Explorer.

3.Choose Tools  Map Network Drive.

4.Specify the drive letter for the connection (say V:).

5.In Folder, enter the path of the shared folder, and choose Finish.

Create the File Repository in the Portal

1.Choose System Administration  System Configuration  Knowledge Management  Content Management  Repository Managers  File System Repository.

2.Choose New.

3.Enter a prefix that describes your folder.

4.Enter the value of the drive letter you mapped previously with a forward slash.

5.(optional) Select the checkboxes for layout and properties from Repository Services.

6.Choose OK.

Hi,

After creating file system repository, it will show in the root folder in KM content...

so check ur repository is display r not. if it display u can click & access it. if not display, check if the repository working r not...

Goto system Admin>,onitoring>KM>Component monitor>Repository managers-->Check ur repository.... Green color indicate is working fine...

Red color indicate error...

Reward points if its useful...
