Language translation issue

We recently installed additional languages in SRM. When I log in to SRM via the web browser under a different language other than English and German, the header links are missing| (Home | Help | Settings | Support | Log off). Other links and texts under Shop, Check Status, Approval, etc...are also missing.

Does anyone know what could the the cause of this issue? Could it be ITS settings or something?

Which SRM version are you wokring on?
