Help neede on pllug-in upgrade error DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR

Hi

I am trying to upgarde plug-in PI_BASIS from 2002_1_620 to 2004_1_620 in our 4.7 SAP system with HPUX and Oracle.

I read thru the pre-reqs and satisfied all of em, but inspite of this I ran into teh error

during teh plug-in installation phase ADDON_CONFLICTS. The installation in tcode saint fails with the error DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR.

I re-tried this a couple of times but it fails with teh same dump.

Any suggestions pls

Check any of the tablespace is full

Can you be a little more specific and let me know which tcode or how to proceed at OS level.
