Hi,
Workflow is not generating an e-mail when the duration timeout exceeds. I set the Duration Timeout on Start step and Process step as 1 hr. Mail Server is properly configured and user has e-mail id assigned in the user account.
I am using MDM 5.5 SP5 Patch 2

In the workflow there is a problem In that Just check it out Notifications and Users assigned Of ur workflow steps .
If every thing is okin ur workflow u will get the message like this (workflow Duration Timeout)
The following workflow step is overdue because it has exceeded its expiration timeout:
Assignee: Srihari
Job: 10012
Records: 1
Start time: 11/16/2007 17:13:39
Expiration time: 11/17/2007 17:13:39
Workflow: Workflow
Step: Process
Description: records completed
Still If u dont get solution let me know.
And give me that details which belongs to ur workflow process steps. I will work on tht and get back to you.
