Central Receiver cannot see PO's to do goods receipts

Dear SRM gurus,

I assign a user with the central receiver role, who then has the Internal Dispatcher menu where he's supposed to be able to confirm goods/services centrally, and find other goods receipts. However, he can't. When searching by PO number, he gets "No documents correspond to search criteria or no authorization". When searching by Requester id, he gets "Business Partner xxxxxxxx does not exist. Check entries". The same results when he searches his own id.

In the Requestor attribute in PPOMA, I assign this user the ID of the requestor for whom he's supposed to do GR on behalf of. Are there any other roles, attributes or customizing I'm supposed to carry out to make this work?

We're currently on SRM 4.0 with classic scenario.

<u>Might be due to either authorizarion / BASIS issue, Partner role wrongly created or due to missing Org plan settings.</u>

<b>Re-create the Business Partner again and then try again..</b>
