CRM 5.0 - IC WebClient - BP Create - Mobile Phone Number
We're experiencing an issue when adding and maintaining BP through the Webclient.
In Transaction BP when adding or maintaining a BP it is possible to populate the Mobile Phone number specifically.
In the Webclient, there is no area where this is possible, in the BP Create BSP you can add a singular Telephone, Fax and Email (Which is fine). In the More Fields BSP, there is space to add multiple Telephone, Fax & Email details for a BP.
There is nowhere within either BSP to add a specific Mobile Number. You can of course add the Mobile to the Telephone number how ever should we want to sms a customer we have to then filter through Telephone number to identify which are Mobile and which are not.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem and how did you overcome this.

R3_USER are the mobile indicators in ADR2.
DFT_RECEIV marks the phone as SMS compatible which then creates a communication type of PAG
R3_USER with values of 2 or 3 indicate a mobile phone.
'2' - not standard mobile phone
'3' - is standard mobile phone.
If you can extend the bol layer to maintain those fields, then you can do what you want to achieve
