Hi Experts,
I am on BI Version 7.0 and working on process chain authorizations.
My requirement is to restrict my team to just display only access to the process chains, i was 90 percent able to achieve this, but the user still could do the following.
1. Creat New Variants, by right clicking on the process chain > maintain variant and then go to the edit mode.
2. The user is able to go to the schedule in the menu on top and then > Remove the chain from schedule, i find this to be very dangerous, I have checked my authorisation object in detail and there is absolutely no object with an access above display(03).
Note : My system client is locked, i would want to achieve this when the system is still open.
