Sales order replication from ECC to CRM

Former Member

Hi,

the problem, that we're facing is that sales orders created in ECC are not replicated to CRM.

When we create a SO it is transferred to CRM, but NO Bdoc is being created and no SO in CRM. What is strange is that it was working a week ago. Also when we change a SO that is already existing in both systems the changes are being transferred from ECC to CRM. Also SO created in CRM is transferred to ECC.

So this is quite a strange behavior as you see. I checked number ranges but is seems ok, also entries in main middleware tables seems ok. Maybe you have an idea where to look for? I'd be grateful for your help.

Regards

Marek

regenerating BDocs can be helpful. Try it.

Hello,

I've regenerated BUS_TRANS_MSG and SALESDOCGEN_O_W in tx: SMOGGEN. But unfortunately it didn;t help :-(.

Maybe some other ideas?

Check if anything is stuck in outbound queue (SMQ1) in R/3.

Hi,

Check for short dumps, inbound and outbound queues in both system.

Besides this verify your filters in R3AC1 (compare with R/3 table CRMFILTAB).
