Hi All,

I am facing a problem while trying to send outbound mails from SAP.The system is throwing an error : NO delivery to recipient,Recipient unknown.

I am using SRM 6.0 system for sending mails using SMTP node and I have done the following settings:

1.Profile parameters are maintained for Web application server.

2.User maintenance

3.SAPconnect(SCOT)

4.Schedulded a Background Job for sending mails.

Please provide the solution and also let me know if I have to do any settings in the mail server.

Thanks,

Irfan

Irfan,

To check whether SAP Connect has been configured or not. - Try to send test mail from SRM Business Workplace (SBWP). If test mail is sent with green status then ur SAP Connect is working fine.

From message, it seems system is not able to determine recepient. Can you check whether email address has been maintained for the BP and Send Medium is set as Print.
