Hi Folks,

I try to connect from my notbook(connected via wlan) to the NSP server on my Desktop computer but I get the message above.

They are both on the same network.

I have configerud the loopback on the server with 10.10.0.10.

And I have tried different combinations like localhost, 10.10.0.10 from the client but allways the same resut.

Is there a trick to do it.

Thank you in advane Jimbob

Hi,

1. please make a "ping" to server => successful?

2. check your firewall on the server => some ports have to be open!

(e.g. 3200/TCP for SAPGui and 3300/TCP for Screen Painter)

You must supply your computer name or host name on the desktop when configuring the connection for SAPgui on your notebook. On your desktop, right click on "My Computer" and choose properties, get the computer name from there.
