Blank view in Who's Who link

hi frnds,

If i click the<b> Who's who link</b> in the Employee Search,i am <b>getting the blank screen</b>.can any body tell me what may be the reason for this issue.

Please check the PDC path also in 'Define Resources'.

check for the following

1. if you have given read permission of the folder ESS in EP to the user

2. check in your java engine if you have the application associated with who is who (did you upload sapess package other then business package for ESS)

Check to see if you have any values configured for the 'Selection Fields'.

IMG/Pers Mgmg/Employee Self-Service/Service-Specific Settings/Address Book/Who's Who/Who's Who(ESS):Selection and Output

The Selction/Output fields do not transport. You have to manually update them in each client.

Hi Ravi,

The ESS user have authorization to see that iView? Go directly to the iView, right button, authorizations - this is one point!

Are you using the standard iviews? if not, did u change the path in PTARQ transaction of the resource?
