how to proceed mrp

hi gurus

i have maintained the plant parameters and i have activated mrp in material master, but iam not able to run mrp in md02

i have created the outline aggreement also

pls tell the things what i have to do at this stage

Ram,

check the stock at MD04 and create a reservation and more than stock available.

for schedule agreement activation,prerequists are

your procurement type should be 'F' in material master

maintain the agreement in source list

while running in MD02,In the planning mode select 3(delete and recreate planning) and enter.

it will work,if not please let me know

and check,

1. number rangers for planned orders

2. checking rule for updating back orders

3.In the material master,

mrp type --pd,

procurement type --E

mrp controller,

losize.

period indicator,

check all these entries.

Hi

You must activate Requirements planning for the plant in transaction OMDU.

To generate schedule lines for a scheduling agreement:

- Source list must be maintained with MRP relvancy for the schwduling agreement.

- You must plan independent requireements (md61).

- You must allow creation of sch lines in plant parameters.

- While running mrp, you must ensure creation indicator for sch lines
