How can we create a delivery for STOs in foreground i.e. by VL01N?

Hi All,

How can we create a delivery for STOs in foreground i.e. by VL01N?

we can create it through VL10D, but not by VL01N

Hello Friend

Go to Transaction VL10G execute with the requried input. In the output screen select the required line item and click on Dialog button in the tool bar (In tool bar second button from left)

Hai Santosh,

If i am not wrong, STO will be thorugh MIGO, then VL10B where in u enter shipping point and execute and select the MIGO NO. & select BACKGROUND option then you get a delievery NO. double click on delivery no, now you will be in Display mode of Delivery i.e., VL03N and then click the Change icon and pick the quantity.

Correct me if i am wrong.

You can do it through MIGO.

For automatic creation of delivery for a STO, pls check the oss note 1069448, which can help you with the configuration needed for the same.

Use VL04.

VL04 also doesnt allow to create delivery in foreground for STOs

Select Purchase Order

Enter the STO No in The Purchase Order No field

Execute (F8)
